We currently have the following teaching vacancy

Phase Leader

Salary:                  Main Scale/UPS + TLR2c

Job Summary:         We are seeking a talented practitioner to lead one of our phases.  The successful candidate will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

It is hoped that this new post will enable us to share responsibility for school improvement more widely and lead development and improvement more effectively.

Post holders will have responsibility for:

§      A phase team

§      A core subject

§      A specific area of strategic improvement.

We are looking for someone who is:

§         Committed and enthusiastic about being able to lead the school improvement agenda in raising standards.

§         Energetic, well informed in regard to new initiatives and seeks to develop and create a positive influence.

§         Is visionary and passionate about providing high quality learning that is inspirational for our children.

Successful candidates will be:

  • Excellent teachers who can motivate and inspire.
     
  • Have high expectations.
     
  • Demonstrate leadership, managerial and interpersonal skills.
     
  • Be flexible, reflective and creative.
     
  • Have a good sense of humour.
