Monday 13th April- Week 4
Hello everyone, I hope you have all enjoyed this sunny Easter weekend and celebrated this special time with your family. We still have one week left of the Easter holidays so I hope everyone is taking the time to relax and enjoy this precious time that we get to spend with our loved ones!
I have attached a new planner at the bottom of the page to give you some learning ideas for the following week if you are continuing with home learning over the Easter break.
Under the maths section, you will notice I have referred to ‘Dip and Pick’ exercises. They can be found on the Year 1/2 main Class Page.
They are to be answered in the order of the colours along the side of the sheet, going from bottom to top- starting with orange and moving onto blue and the final colour is purple. You will notice the blue and green problems are very similar. They are in fact the same question, but green is more challenging as it is not broken down into steps, therefore you only need to answer either the blue or the green. You do not need to print this sheet, instead you can write the card you are working on at the top of the page and answer the questions in your home learning books.
Don’t forget to look on Purple Mash to see the 2 do’s that have been set. It is fabulous to see the lovely work children are producing.
Now we are all connected to Class Dojo, you can share your home learning with your child’s class teacher. We are very excited to see how everyone is getting on and hopefully to see everyone having fun while learning with their families.
