Week beginning Mon 22 February 2021

*** Please note that teachers will be uploading resources and plans to this page over the next few days and it will not all be in place until Sunday 21st February.***

Well here we are Spring 2 - just over half the way through what has been an unusual academic year so far.  We really hope you all had a lovely half term and enjoyed the well-deserved break from home learning!!  We will hopefully find out a little more about what happens next for us all on Monday 22nd February, but please know that the staff have moved the curriculum around a little bit for this half term already and will make any other adaptations as and when we need to.

This first week back we are finalising our last topic' 'To Infinity and Beyond!' with a large amount of topic time being given over to a Design Technology Moon Buggy project.  We have also put together some ideas for you to hold your own star gazing evening at home, see below (as we cannot do this at school this year).  We hope that both of these events will be a great way to finish this topic and also start the Spring 2 term.

We will let you know more about our next topic, 'From Burn to Brrrrr' next week.

PLEASE NOTE that we have also added in some handwriting sheets this week, which may link to your weekly spellings.  There are also some daily count files included with the maths resources to practise oral counting.

Have a great week home learners' and please remember that we are always at the end of a Class Dojo message, for anything that we can help with.
