St Thomas More's Catholic Primary School and Nursery

Ensuring Success. Providing Opportunity. Fostering Stewardship.

This week's Gospel reading reminds us that Christ looks after those who follow him; "Jesus, the Good Shepherd, will not allow anyone to snatch from his care the sheep the Father has given him." John 10: 27-30

School Clubs

We are incredibly proud of the breadth of sporting opportunity and extra-curricular clubs offered to children at St Thomas More’s every week. On average we run about 25 clubs a week across all age groups.

To hear more about some of these teams see below and to read more about how we have used our Sports Premium Funding.

Sports - Physical Education

CM Sports work closely with teachers on Continuous Professional Development to ensure the best possible Physical Education curriculum is delivered to all children. Within our school every child has two hours of structured sport a week either with their class teacher or a CM sports coach. Within this children learn not only key fine and gross motor skills but the importance of sportsmanship and rules.
