We are incredibly proud of the breadth of sporting opportunity and extra-curricular clubs offered to children at St Thomas More’s every week. On average we run about 25 clubs a week across all age groups.

CM Sports work closely with teachers on Continuous Professional Development to ensure the best possible Physical Education curriculum is delivered to all children. Within our school every child has two hours of structured sport a week either with their class teacher or a CM sports coach. Within this children learn not only key fine and gross motor skills but the importance of sportsmanship and rules.
Athletics is another one of the popular clubs and sports ran at our school. Within this the children take place in both indoor and outdoor athletic competitions. Alongside, to challenge our gifted young sports people, we also enter the local Superstars and Quad Kids.
Portsmouth and Havant athletics club are our local clubs where we signpost our children that would like to enhance their skills. Leaflets and prompts are given by school to the children.
