                                    Meet the Yr R Team 

 

  

Mrs H Pinnington EYFS leader

Qualifications/ Training : (Qualified Teacher Status, BA hons, PGCE, Early Years Professional Status, Pediatric First Aid):  

 

Mrs Pinnington is the Early Years phase leader. She has responsibility for teaching and learning across the EYFS. She has a range of experience of teaching in many Reception & Nursery classes. She previously worked as a Children Centre teacher and part of the Hampshire Early Years advisory team.  She brings lots of specialist EYFS knowledge and experience to the role. She is very passionate about early years pedagogy.

Miss L Boatwright:  Reception Class teacher

Qualifications/ training: (Qualified teacher status, Pediatric first aid)

Miss Boatwright has been teaching in EYFS for 7yrs +. She has taught both Reception and Nursery.  She has lots of experience and is developing specialist knowledge of EYFS through her clear passion for this area of teaching.

Mrs L Stock Class Reception Class teacher

Qualifications/ training:  (Qualified teacher status, Pediatric First aid)

Mrs Stock has spent 8yrs + teaching Reception. Mrs Stock is really enjoys teaching in EYFS .Prior to qualifying as a teacher, she gained experience in early years working in a Montessori Nursery and as a Nanny.  

Mrs L Sparks:  Reception Teaching assistant

Qualifications/ training: Qualified teacher status, EYFS teaching diploma, Psychology Degree with Child Development. 

Mrs Sparks is one of our reception class teachers. She brings many years of experience working within EYFS. She has supported children in both Reception and Nursery classes and KS1.  

Mrs S Silk

 

Mrs Silk is a qualified teacher.  She has many years of EYFS experience and has also taught in KS1. 

Mrs Lindley

Qualifications / trainingQTS, Trained at Chichester University

Mrs Lindley is a qualified teacher.  She has been a teacher for 15 years, predominantly working in Year one or Early Years. Mrs Lindley is also the school phonics lead.

Mrs T PercivalReception class teaching assistant.  

Qualifications/ training:  Pediatric first aid

Tricia has been working predominantly with Reception for a number of years and is very experienced in early years pedagogy.  In her spare time Tricia also leads a Rainbows group.

Sharon Bicheno- Learning support assistant.

Qualifications/ training: NVQ 3

Mrs Bicheno has been working as an LSA within the school for the past few years. She has gained expereince working in a role as a 1:1 support assistant. She also works in the breakfast and afterschool club.  This year she will be working part time as a class teaching assistant in the Reception classes.
