Online Safety Warriors

We are re-launching our Digital Leaders as Online Safety Warriors!

So after our Online Safety message competition voting,  each class in KS1 and KS2 now has someone who will take on the important role of becoming an Online Safety Warrior.

Our new team of Online Safety Warriors, will have a key role in sharing important messages with the school community, about staying safe online.  This may be through assemblies, newsletters, posters and maybe even mini videos, with the aim of educating children, parents and staff.

Mrs Bennett and Mrs Carpenter will meet with the Online Safety Warriors at least half termly and help the warriors in their mission to keep everyone safe online!

Well done to Luke,. Joshua, Patrick, Caiden, Maya, Lenny, Havana-Love, Coco and Ennaya for becoming this year's Online Safety Warriors!  Here is a poster that with their ley Online Safety messages, that will be displayed in and around the computing suite.

Meet OSCAR

On Tuesday 7th February, it was Safer Internet Day and our Online Safety Warriors led an assembly for the whole school.  This year’s theme was ‘Want to Talk About it?’ , so this seemed like a great time to introduce the new Online Safety robot that the Warriors have been busy creating.

He is called OSCAR …
